Where the month has gone

Every dial is in the first box. Everything we keep is in the last one. The two numbers we control most directly sit in the middle: how often a dial reaches a person, and how often that person stays on past 90 seconds.

Where everyone stands

Dispositions

Scroll the table sideways to reach the disposition columns.

Tap any column heading to sort. Dispositions are flagged against the rate, not the raw count — a rep on 1,454 dials will always show more of everything than a rep on 428, so the flag asks whether it happens more often, per thousand dials. Switch to Per 1,000 dials to see the whole picture shaded, not just the outliers.

What the colours mean

under 3 3 to 4 4 to 6 6+

Sales. Three a week is the floor, four is 100% of goal, six is 150%. Only six or more turns green.

55

Work on this. Half again the floor rate or more, on ten calls or more, on a disposition that is ours to change.

19

Doing this well. Booking follow-ups far more often than the floor.

14

Worth knowing, not your fault. Gatekeepers and existing customers come from the list, not the call.

Sales / Wk converts sales to a weekly pace over the days the month has run, so nobody is judged on how many days they happened to work. Sales / 40 Hrs does the same against hours actually logged — if that one is red, the hours went in and the sales did not come. A qualified opportunity is 90 seconds or more of talk with a live person. A conversion rate marked * rests on fewer than 15 opportunities — real, but too few to rank on yet.

Built from the Five9 campaign export and the OB Sales Tracker, . The same numbers as the two daily emails, in one place. Conversion counts inbound sales and inbound opportunities; contact rate and 90s+ rate are outbound only. If a number here looks wrong, bring it and we will check it together.
